OUR GAS FURNACES HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE HEAT EXCHANGER PLUS A 10 YEAR UNIT REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, IN THE CASE THAT YOU HAVE A HEAT EXCHANGER FAILURE. WE ALSO HAVE A 10 YEAR ALL PARTS WARRANTY ON THEM.

            

Gas Furnaces are some of the best heat sources available. They have a higher temperature that can heat your home more efficiently than electric furnaces. Also the efficiency of the gas furnaces are uncomparable to electric units. If you have a gas access (propane or natural gas), you can have efficiencies as high as 98 percent which means 98 cents of each dollar you spend actually heats your home.

         

In some applications we are not able to install the ultra efficient furnaces due to the fact that they all have an exhaust and intake flue, as well as a condensate drain, which is used to get the extra efficiency. The problem is, in some applications, attics for example can get cold enough to freeze and bust the condensate drain and cause water damage to the ceiling. We do however still provide a 80 percent gas furnace that still gives the higher temperature to heat your home faster and more effectively. We normally pair it with a high efficiency heat pump to ensure you still get an efficient system.
